What do we expect from you?

  • Relevant Experience : Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in Human Resources, mostly core HR operations (payroll, compensations, benefits)
  • Analytical and Organizational Skills: You love keeping things up-to-date and orderly, ensuring our processes run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Communication Skills: You excel at connecting with people and making them feel comfortable. Your engaging personality shines through in every conversation!
  • Proactive Attitude: You see challenges as opportunities and approach tasks with a positive “can-do” mindset.
  • Team Player: You understand the importance of teamwork and are ready to put the “T” in the team. Collaboration and support are key!
  • Not Just a Yes-Person: We need someone who can think for themselves—there´s more to the world than just "0" and "1" ! If your idea of leadership is nodding along and saying “Sure, boss!” this isn’t the right place for you.
  • Creative Thinker: Generate zany concepts that make people say, “Wow!” Extra points for ideas that involve grumpy cats or inflatable unicorns.
  • English Fluency: Strong command of the language for effective communication.
  • Excel Ninja: Must possess black-belt level proficiency in Excel.
